Hi, I'm Dr Clair. I'm a Clinical Psychologist specialising in attachment trauma and inner child healing.

I want you to know that I get it. I understand. And I am here to share with you the psychological knowledge and therapy methods to resolve that internal tension, so that you can be the you that you were always meant to be!

It's my mission that no one carry painful experiences (rooted in their past) into their present and future; impacting on how they feel within themselves on a daily basis. I can show you how to heal and relase those old patterns. A way to heal and grow. To find your unwounded self.

If this is a group programme, do I get any 1:1 time with you?

This is a group program so it doesn't include 1:1 sessions with me. However, the group will be small, so I will be able to get to know each of you through the process. There will be weekly check in sessions live with me so I can support you. Questions can be asked anonymously if you prefer. However the group format gives a sense of community and connection with others who are on a similar journey.

Where do I join the sessions?

The weekly growth sessions and weekly check in sessions will be delivered via Zoom. You are welcome to join on or off camera for these, or simply watch on replay. There is also the opportunity to post questions for the check in session anonymously if you prefer.

Will there be replays available?

Yes replays will be available. They will be available through the accompanying Facebook group. However, a new platform is currently being built for you to access these directly.

What if I fall behind?

This is a 6 week program. Halfway through there will be a week to catch up if you have fallen behind. Everyone will be progressing at their own pace for this journey. That might mean that you need more time sitting with the learnings from a particular week, before going on to the next week. It is important you don't feel under any pressure. Whatever stage of the process you are at, please ask if you need more support - whether that's through the weekly check -ns, or reaching out privately.
